11.11 Armistice was a silent two night outdoor live visual projection performance commemorating Armistice Day. The work was a collaboration between AwhiWorld and Creative Northland and included WW100 commemoration content and original 2 and 3D animations. The performance was a large scale projection onto the side of the library building in Whangarei CBD. Location: The Silo Park/White Night Festival Date:  16 March 2013 An improvised sound and visual performance with Clinton Watkins and Robert Carter in the Silos of Auckland. In this work I used contact microphones to record my drawings which I sampled and mixed live onto the walls of the site. The resonant chambers mixed and merged my performance with Clinton and Roberts who were each working in different sound mediums.

I am a core member of the experimental electronica band, Soccer Practise. My role is the visual musician working the band to create sound and visual performances. We have performed at a number of venues including Te Papa Museum where I curated their collection and combined it with my own images for the first ever live performance of a band on site. Location: Audio Foundation Date: 14/11/2014 A  Live Visual Performance at the Nowhere Festival at Auckland’s Audio Foundation using analogue equipment including the 3TrinsRGB1c video synthesizer   The musicians were experimental sound artists so this was a great live collaboration.

  Moppy (Tom Burton) was a collaborator for a number of years until he then formed the band Soccer Practise and invited me to play. We did a number of performances together including this one at the Audio Foundation in 2011.
